DCC

What is DCC?

DDC stands for Digital Command Control, which is a control system for model railways.

You can control those multiple locomotives as many as on the same track(s) with the possible minimum of wiring. They can run at different speeds and in different directions. You can control those switches for all the turnouts.

Lenz

I have purchased those from Mackay Models, which is located in Paisley, Scotland as follows (below):-

Set 90
LS150 x 4 (point decoder)
LK100 (Automatic Reverse Loop Module)
Gold Mini 10410 x 2 (locomotive decoder)

I also purchase a proper transformer for the whole DCC system from Morley Controllers as follows (below):-

TR150UK 70 V Transformer

There is the official website for Lenz. Click on 'Digital Plus by Lenz (pictured below) to visit.

Locomotive Decoder Fittings

Click here in a new window, to view the full details of installing DCC decoder on a Graham Farish locomotive, designed by AC Ford, of Colston. I think it's quite useful, but it only shows a picture (fully fitted) with full instructions.

I am sure everyone would agree that each picture at a step would explain more than in words. I hope to show full instruction including each picture at each step in 'Locomotive Decoder Fittings'. It will be shown here when available.
